1. Our Services
We offer complete website solutions worldwide, including:
Web creation (Basic, Standard, Premium & Enterprise)
SEO
Maintenance mode & ongoing support
Hosting and launch assistance (where applicable)
Our goal is to help you bring your website online and keep it running smoothly.
2. Pricing & Payments
Small to Premium packages: fixed prices, displayed on our website.
Enterprise V9 package: custom price shared after contact.
Customers may pay full price in advance or pay a $10 deposit if they prefer not to pay immediately.
This $10 deposit is a trust commitment and is fully refundable if the customer is not satisfied.
All payments are securely processed via PayPal and 2Checkout. We do not store your payment card details.
3. Delivery & Revisions
Basic: ready in ~2 days
Standard: ~3 days
Premium: up to 7 days
Enterprise: time depends on project scope
After delivery, customers have 7 days to request modifications or revisions. — and maintenance time is 24 days.
Enterprise customers also get 7 months of free maintenance (keep the site live, fix errors) — but content/design modifications are only included in the first 14 days.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers should provide original content (images, text, logos).
If not, we may help with stock images or placeholder content.
We do not accept projects containing illegal, hateful, violent, or adult content.
After delivery, customers are responsible for any changes or misuse of the website.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any project that violates these policies.
5. Ownership & Portfolio
Customers become 100% owners of their websites after full payment.
For Small packages, we may include a discreet “created by WebValix” note — only with customer consent.
We will not use your project in our public portfolio unless you approve.
6. Warranty & Limitations
We aim for speed, stability & bug-free experience during the design and delivery phase.
When the website is maintained by WebValix, we actively protect it from downtime and technical issues.
Once handed over or modified by the customer, WebValix is not responsible for new bugs, downtime, domain issues, third-party plugin conflicts, or updates.
7. Changes to Terms
WebValix reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions.
However, any changes will only apply after at least 7 months from the previous version — even if the decision to change was made earlier.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted under applicable laws.
Any dispute shall first be addressed through friendly discussion and good-faith negotiation.
